Conceive magazine takes a look at herbal-nutritional alternatives for infertility therapy, featuring Dr. Grunebaum. From Conceive: "In FertilAid, a main ingredient is a herb called chasteberry, or vitex, that is thought to regulate the menstrual cycle by influencing estrogen levels during the follicular phase.
Other ingredients include many of the same minerals and vitamins found in prenatal formulas....
Obstetrician/Gynecologist Amos Grunebaum indicates 'that over-the-counter herbs may have a positive effect on fertility enhancing hormones'."
