 FertilAid and Irregular Cycles
Trying to conceive with an irregular cycle presents unique challenges. Most obvious, having an irregular cycle makes identifying your ovulation date — your most fertile time of month and the time you’re most likely to become pregnant — difficult.
Less obvious, but perhaps more critical, is the fact that an irregular cycle is often indicative of an underlying hormonal imbalance. It is this hormonal imbalance that may actually present the greatest challenge to becoming pregnant. Women with hormonal imbalances may ovulate less frequently than is typical (or not at all), or may experience a shorter luteal phase than is optimal for achieving pregnancy. In all, it is estimated that irregular cycles and abnormal ovulation account for roughly 30 — 40% of all infertility cases.
To be sure, there are a number of prescription-based remedies for an irregular cycle, the most common of which is Clomid. Clomid is generally effective in inducing ovulation and correcting cycle irregularity, and can be taken orally (unlike many other fertility drugs which require regular injections).
As with many prescription drugs, however, taking Clomid comes with its own share of attendant items to consider. A common side effect of Clomid is increased vaginal dryness and/or the development of "hostile cervical mucus". As cervical mucus is the medium in which sperm must swim to reach the egg, this can impede one’s ability to become pregnant. Additionally, women taking prescription fertility drugs such as Clomid are significantly more likely to experience multiple birth, typically in the form of twins. Around 10% of women taking Clomid for infertility will have a multiple gestation pregnancy as compared to just 1% of the regular population.
Before resorting to prescription fertility drugs, many women have begun to explore natural alternatives. OvaCue has no predetermined level set – rather, it interprets each oral and vaginal reading
in relation to your previous readings. That is to say, the OvaCue doesn't look for a specific
reading based on statistical averages or "norms", it looks for an overall trend in your body's
own unique readings. This method of ovulation determination is particularly suitable for
women with irregular cycles since a hormonal imbalance may prevent you from reaching a
predetermined hormone level prior to ovulation.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant!

After 1.5 years of TTC with anovulatory cycles (PCOS) and no success, I never thought the day would come that I'd get to shout from the rooftops that I was pregnant. I purchased FertilAid for Women and FertileCM and ovulated with the very first bottle! I had considered that true success given that it had been over 6 months since I had last ovulated. With the second cycle, imagine my surprise to finally see two lines on that HPT! I am now 6 weeks and hoping the next 34 weeks is as successful as getting pregnant was with FertilAid! After trying to get pregnant for over a year I decided to take matters into my own hands. I had several tests and everything came back normal except my cycle was not a full 28 days long - it was only 21 days. With the help of FertileAid and FertileCM i was able to correct my cycle and bring it back to 28 days. I was pregnant within 3 months and we are about to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday! I have only been taking Fertilaid for about a month and a half. I started taking it because after being on the pill for 12 years, and finally going off of it to start trying to have a family, I wasn't ovulating. I gave it about 4 months and then I found an article about Fertilaid onine. So I figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I did not get pregnant my first month of taking it, but I did notice a lot more CM and it did help me to ovulate both last month and this month. I am in my two week waiting time right now, so I'm hoping Fertilaid worked for me this month.
Improvement In Cycle Regularity

Attention all women with irregular cycles and horrible PMS Fertilaid will truly be your saving grace! I have been taking Fertilaid for the past 3 months with outstanding results. My cycles used to be anywhere from 27-48 days laced with excruciatingly bad PMS symptoms including mood swings, cravings, bloating, weight gain, and did I mention mood swings? This is the area where the supplement really helped. The swings were keeping me from actually living day to day like a normal functioning human being. There were days leading up to my period where I was unbearable to myself and those around me. I used to literally "shut down" at least 10 days before my period, wanting to either hide from the world in melancholy, or slowly suffocate my husband in his sleep! Now, I have minimal, even unnoticeable PMS. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 of course being the worst, I would say the full range of my symptoms (physical and emotional) have all gone down to a more manageable 2. Seriously. This stuff has saved me! I'm 33 and have been putting up with this 10 day hell every month for at least the past 8 years. Please try it if my story rings true for you. Of course everyone is different, but at least give it a shot. As far as pregnancy success (which was my whole reason for the purchase) I regretfully say that it hasn't happened yet. This is because I've discovered from my ObGyn that I may have a blockage in my tubes-I'm going in for an HSG soon. Of course Fertilaid will not help in this arena, but I'm guessing that it will help once that issue is resolved. I can say however that I did ovulate like clockwork, and I noticed huge amounts of egg-white cervical mucus, and a boost in my libido that was very welcome for my husband and I! The only reason that I did not round out my rating to a 5 star one is because we have not conceived yet, so in all fairness I cannot rate the product as perfect for the reason I bought it. I am pleased with the unanticipated surprise of having normal periods due to Fertilaid, so in my book for that reason alone, I will give it a 5 for overall cycle help! Good luck to all of us. Please try it-if you're like me, this will be the best investment you've ever made in your womanly well being. Who knows, you may get pregnant along the way!
FertilAid for Women

I am 31 and TTC for the first time. I have been taking Fertil-Aid for two and a half months now. So far, not pregnant, but cycles are regular and I am ovulating (ovulation kits). I am hoping and praying that by the third month, my husband and I will be pregnant. I will keep the site posted.

I was on birth control for a year and eight months ago my hubby and I decided to start TTC. My cycles had always been normal pre birth control and when I stopped taking them they were irregular and short in duration and then started getting farther and farther apart and then I stopped having them completely for several months. I was diagnosed with mild PCOS with some insulin resistance. However, I did some research and started taking Fertilaid and my period after the first month came on it's own without having to be stimulated with progesterone pills!!!! I feel great and my period seems normal like it used to before I ever started taking birth control! I'm hoping that next month will bring good news for us!

After careful research on the internet and 6 months of TTC with no success I decided to order fertilaid for both my husband and myself. I recieved my fertilaid value pack half way during my cycle and my husband and I start taking our daily doses right away. My period came at exactly 28 days which was the first time in a loooong time that it had been so exact. The next month my period was a few days late so I decided to take a home pregnancy test and the results came back POSITIVE! I can not tell you how excited my husband and I both are) ) ) I am now 7 12 weeks pregnant and will be going to the doctor very soon. Before I got married I took Birth Control to regulate my cycles, after I got married to my hubby we started TTC in December 2009 and I stopped taking Birth Control. My cycles reverted back to their old ways, sometimes 24 days sometimes 40. I first bought FertilAid and FertileCM for women in March 2010. I was three weeks into my cycle when I started taking it and three weeks later I got my first BFP. Total shock. I am Pre-Diabetic, have extremely irregular periods and have a mild-moderate case of PCOS. Due to complications with my bloodsugar we lost the baby in May. I had a D&C and waited for my period. Nothing happened and so I started taking FertilAid at the end of June and on July 15, 2010 my cycle started. I think this product is fantastic and I know for a fact that it was the only reason I got pregnant.

I started this product just to see if it would help with my periods and increase my chances of concieving..... I started taking it about a month ago along with Fertilitea... My periods are very different from anyone I've ever known.... I had worked with many docters to try and figure out what the problem is and we have been unsuccessful.... On the first day of my period, which I get every 34 day @ 7am on the dot, I pass a hugh tissue clot. Sorry if this is too much information. But every morning of the first day of my period I wake up and its fine...within an hour my period become increasinly more and more painful! It gets to the point that I start vomiting and sometimes I even pass out!!! This pain usually last alteast 5 hours or more untill the tissue is passed. Once that happens I'm fine and back to being a normal person... When I pass the T.C. It is usually very thick, long, in a triangle shap, and has very dark spots! Most of the time there is two and they are roughly about the size of a pen without the cap off... I've been drinking the tea for about 4 months. I usually drink it about 3-5 times a day.... Within the first month of drinking the tea I noticed a change in the size, and color. I also noticed that it appeared to be alot smoother and the time I took to come out had reduced some.... so I thought that I would give it another try next month...... I noticed the same this....3 months of this and I decied to Try Fertilaid....I just had my last period and I'm happy to say alogn with the tea the promblem seems to be non-existant!!!! This time I was able to go to work.. not vomiting... no passing out! I've had this problem since I was 12 years old.... Nothing has helped me until now!!!!! No I have not been able to concieve yet but this is a huge step for me..... To be able to get rid of this problem has been a dream of mine for a very long time and for this first time in my life I feel hope that my dreams may just come true!
