 Fertility Drugs Vs. FertilAid for Women
Fertility drugs tend to be the "go-to" treatment option for trying-to-conceive women experiencing ovulation disorders. I have PCOS. Any woman who knows about PCOS knows that your monthly cycle can pretty irregular. I have only been taking this for 2 months and my cycles are 23 days apart both months. That has never happened before except with prescription medication, (Prometrium and Clomid). After having bad side effects with clomid, I figured I would give FertilAid a try. I'm happy enough with the regulated cycles with NO change to diet or exercise, just FertilAid. I am ordering more and have now started changing my diet and have begun exercising. I used FertilAid for Women and FertileCM before I was pregnant with my first baby. It worked great. I only took it for 14 days. I was very surprised I finally got positive after all. I was treated with clomid several cycles with no success and I almost gave up hope but FertilAid came to my rescue. I struggled for 10 months to get pregnant and went to the doctor. I learned I was not ovulating and my periods had changed from the typical 28 day cycles. My doctor suggested Clomid but I wasn't ready for that step. I have 2 children and we wanted 1 more but I thought God was telling me something different. I searched the internet for natural remedies to regulate my period again and found FertilAid so I bought a 2 month dose. I started trying to conceive #2 after my DS turned 2. I have had PCOS my whole life but my cycles were 120+ days with out dr medication. After years of trying naturally I finally found out that I have PCOS, we tried 4 rounds of Clomid and decided to go a more natural route when a fertility specialist suggested a round of IUI. No doctor would ever recommend any herbal supplements so I took things into my own hands and found FertilAid. After starting my third month on FertilAid and one and a half months on FertileCM, I got a positive pregnancy test. I had researched this product for a few months and finally decided to purchase it. I am 39yrs old and have had PCOS all my life. It took the doctors forever to diagnose me I think for two reasons...#1) They were too eager to give me drugs (clomid/provera) before actually taking the time to diagnose me like a doctor is supposed to do. This just wasn't one doctor, I had visited quite a few (approx. 6) and they all did the same thing...#2) I do not believe they thought me as a candidate for PCOS as I am on the slim side and do not have the outward physical signs of having it (weight gain, facial hair...although I do battle w/some "whiskers" on the sides of my upper lip but is hardly noticeable by anyone else). But I had all the internal physical signs of almost non-existant periods (maybe had 1-2 a year), annovulatory, etc. I was blessed with a daughter absolutely miraculously 15months ago, there is no reasonable explanation except for a novena my husband and I said to Pope John Paul II :) In fact I only had one period in all of 2009 and that was in November '09...three months later during the novena I ovulated for the first time (had to call my sister as I had never had eggwhite mucus before) and we were blessed. After almost a year w/o a cycle I finally had one on my own, and then two more consecutively...I started charting on Fertilityfriend.com as I am so encouraged to try and conceive naturally and was lead to Fertilaid. After less than a month I actually ovulated for the 2nd time in my life and my period was shortened by 7 days (from 41 days to 34 days). My identical twin sister is also taking this product, we both have the same fertility issues and TTC. I researched that med and did not want to go that route as the side effects were terrible!so as a last option I purchased FertilAid. I haven't had a period in over two years due to PCOS. I didn't like my birth control anymore, so when I quit my period went MIA. Trying so so to conceive for 9 months by ourselves but no luck my doctor gave me clomid and didn't take it. I've been trying FertilAid since Dec 26 I have POCD so my periods are very irregular, I had 4- 5 periods las year and just after 4 days of taking the vitamins had a period. My other problem is that I don't ovulate so just hopping for that first and then with Gods help conceive. I've been TTC for about 11 years (off and on) with no luck. They doctors have told me that I wasn't producing any FSH, therefore needing Clomid to get pregnant. I finally decided to try FertilAid, and I admit I was very skeptical but I wasn't even done with my second bottle and found out I am pregnant. It's been confirmed with the doctors, and everything looks good. I'm just over 5 weeks today, and have my first ultrasound on July 11th. I'm so excited, and really can't believe it. After going off of bc pills I did not have a period on my own for nine months. My doctors gave me provera, then clomid (without success), but my system still did not regulate. After a month and a half of FertilAid I got my first period, then after that everything has been running like clockwork. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for about 8 mos. At about 5 mos, my doctor put me on Clomid to help me ovulate. I did successfully the first month but not the 2nd, he wanted me to try a 3rd but I decided against it. I'm 36, never had children before and my doctor felt my age played a factor and was recommending lots of other procedures and drugs to help speed up the process. I couldn't accept the fact that I needed all that medical intervention to help us and frankly it was very costly, I didn't want to spend the money if we could do it on our own. I ran across the FertailAid website. I told my husband, what do we have to lose, I'll try it for 3 mos and if it doesn't work I'll take my doctor's recommendation and start another fertility drug which I wasn't thrilled about. I took just over a bottle of FertailAid and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I don't know if this is what did the trick but I have to believe it definitely assisted. I'm a firm believer for anyone trying. My husband and I have been married almost 6 years and been seeing a fertility doctor for just as long. I have severe PCOS and I was told by 4 different doctors in different states that we would never be able to get pregnant without help. My husband and I were waiting for our tax refund to pay for IVF because we had 3 failed treatments on clomid. So, while waiting for our money to pay the almost $8,000 (at a discounted rate) for the IVF, I found this product and decided to give it a try, since it would save a lot of money for us. I started taking it and 2 days later, my period started! I was so surprised since I hadn't had a regular cycle in years. I am a 40 year old and me and my husband have been trying for another baby for about 5 years now. I suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome. I have had 3 unsuccessful clomid tries and felt like the doctors had given up on me. I found FertilAid and FertileCM which I have taken for 3 months. Me and my husband have been TTC for a little over a year now. Last year I had two natural periods in 7 months before seeing a doctor (I had to wait so long b/c of insurance purposes). Prometrium didn't induce my period so I had to take bc pills for a month to induce a period so I could start taking Clomid. I was on Clomid 50mg for two months and 100mg for two months. The only time I ovulated was the first month on 100mg but I didn't get pregnant. The second month on 100mg I developed a cyst on each ovary and one of them ruptured. I had already decided I was going to give my body a break after the 4th unsuccessful month, I couldn't take anymore of the menopausal like side effects again! My gyn told me he wouldn't increase my dosage b/c of the cysts I had and that he wanted to refer me to a infertility specialist. I received FertilAid two days before my last dr app and immediately started taking it. I asked the dr if he thought it would be okay to take and he said it wouldn't hurt to try. I faithfully took these pills for a month and just last Friday I ovulated!!! I can't tell you how excited and shocked I am that FertilAid worked so fast! Hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll get a + test! Not just these pills but my faith in God has got me to this point! I went one year to fertility clinic and I have done quite few inseminations, no results. I decide to take FertilAid. I took it and didn’t get pregnant for the first months. I decide to go back to the doctor and do insemination plus medication (clomid and metformin).Which I like to repeat I took for one year plus lots of insemination and didn’t work by itself. I got pregnant with the first insemination the second year or trying. I am hundred percent sure this pill (FertilAid) helped me to balance and get pregnant (plus the doctor help). For my husband the results were amazing. He was diagnosed with OK sperm, 50 mil per ml. Still I insisted for him to take the pills not knowing you can even have more then 50mil. The test at the insemination, when I got pregnant showed 138 mil per ml! and a very good motility, which he didn’t have before. My advise is don’t panic and try different stuff one is going to work! I forgot to mention I changed my diet and eat healthier.

I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't resist writing one for FertilAid for Women. I first off have to say that I'm usually a very skeptical person with products like this. In 2006, I was able to very easily conceive and give birth to my daughter with no medical assistance. Prior to that I had always had fairly regular cycles and ovulated each month. When we decided to try and conceive again in the beginning of 2009, I thought the second time around would be just as easy. Boy was I wrong! After stopping BC, I noticed that my cycle was all over the place - anywhere from 30 to 45 days. After several months of the irregularity, I visited my doctor. I was diagnosed with PCOS due to hormonal imbalance & lack of ovulation. After 8 months of unsuccessfully trying to conceive, we tried 4 cycles of Clomid with Progesterone with no success. I still wasn't ovulating. We were then referred to a fertility specialist who immediately wanted us to go through IVF. While all of this was going on, I was doing a lot of research online for products that would help balance out hormones since that seemed to be my underlining problem. I stumbled across FertilAid & after reading the reviews, I decided to order it thinking I didn't have anything to lose. It obviously was cheaper than the previous medical assistance we had been going through (our insurance does not cover infertility) and it definitely would be significantly cheaper than IVF. Plus the biggest selling point for me was that by using FertilAid, I would be trying to fix the real reason why my body wasn’t performing the way it was meant to rather than forcing it to do something it wasn’t prepared to do. I started taking FertilAid on 8/7/10 and within 13 days I started my period. That cycle was going on 65 days with no end in sight. For once in a very long time, I had a 28 day cycle. My next cycle started on 9/18/10. For both of these FertilAid cycles, I was very easily able to identify that I had ovulated which hadn't happened in almost over a year. To our complete amazement & surprise, I had a positive pregnancy test on 10/20/10! I am currently 7 1/2 weeks pregnant & my hormone levels are exactly as they should be. We just had an ultrasound done yesterday and were able to hear the beautiful, strong heartbeat of our baby! I will whole heartedly recommend this product to women in the future. This skeptic believed when my typical progesterone level of 4 went to a level of 31 in two months & we were able to conceive – thank you!

I wanted to try this product with hopes of making my cycle more regular (as it had done for others in some of the reviews). After about 3 weeks I started getting sick, so I stopped taking the vitamins. Two weeks later I found out that I was pregnant!!! I was so shocked. I had tried for over a year to get pregnant, with no luck. Clomid had no effect on me. I am now 9 weeks along and everything is going well. I pray every night and thank the Lord for this blessing he has given me. I would suggest that anyone trying to conceive, give this a try. It is quite cheap when you compare this product to other options that doctors offer. I also liked the fact that this was a vitamin. I felt safe taking it. I did a bit of research and decided to try it out. I just wanted to thank you! I've been taking FertilAid for women ever since January 2010, and tried Fertile CM for the first time at the very beginning of my last cycle. I've been charting my basal body temperature since December when I had my Mirena IUD removed, and I've seen the difference your products have made in my cycle. I had clear ovulation dips in temperature last cycle and the cycle before, so I was definitely happy with the improvement FertilAid made in my cycles. My husband and I had tried for over a year to get pregnant. My menstrual cycle was less then reliable and it was very difficult for me to hear that I wasn't ovulating, therefore all those months of hoping and trying had been in vain. My gynecologist wanted to put me on the drug Clomid that would force my body to ovulate. The idea of taking a pill that would force my body to do something made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted my baby to be naturally healthy, therefore I wanted the process to stay as close nature as possible. With the help of Fairhaven Health I was able to find an alternative to assist in promoting a regular cycle and ovulation. Granted, I did have a thread of doubt. I read so many wonderful success stories on the Fairhaven Health website, but I couldn't help but think maybe I wouldn't be one of those. I had been having very long menstrual cycles, up to 5 months long even, until I started taking Fertilaid. Right from the point that I started taking Fertilaid, my cycles got shorter and shorter--from 69 days, to 53 days, to 40 days and finally to a regular 30 day cycle! Prior to Fertilaid, my doctor had told me to stop exercising, I had tried acupuncture and many other routes, but Fertilaid was the only thing that got my cycle back on track. My husband and I had been trying for two years when I heard about this product. Several several visits to fertility doctors and a failed IUI attempt, and we still didn't have a healthy pregnancy. I was definitely a minority. I can conceive on my own but had suffered 4 miscarriages on our two year journey. The second month of being on FertilAid… I got pregnant and this time it stuck! I am now 23 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy due in July. I swear by this product and tell everyone I know about it. It is the ONLY thing we did differently as far as pills and intervention that worked. My husband and I have been trying since September of 2006, our wedding day. I have had surgery because I have ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I was put on the lupron shot and after 6 months of that, I didn't think I would ever have kids. It was the worst 6 months of my life. I went through menopause at the age of 22. After 5 weeks of FertilAid, I got AF on my own for the first time in 10 years! I never had a cycle without BCP or progesterone pills. I'm on my third bottle, hoping for a positive preg result! I must say I LOVE this product. I started using it Dec. 09 when i found out I had anovulatory cycles. Within a few days of using it, my cycles (temps) were normal, and I ovulated for the first time. 2 weeks later we got a + pregnancy test. Sadly that pregnancy was ectopic, and when we were able to start trying again, my doc. put me on all sorts of prescription meds which never works. Frustrated I returned to the FertilAid and that month got another + pregnancy test, which sadly ended in miscarriage (chromosomal issues the doc said). Right away we started trying again using the FertilAid and within 2 months we are now pregnant again and this one looks like it is going to stick. I truly believe that if it was not for the FertilAid, we would not have gotten pregnant again and be on our way to having a baby in a few months :)

i am on my 3rd bottle now and have realized how much of a difference this product has made. DH and i have been TTC for almost a year now and i have never received a + on an OPK before. this month i have received my first and hopefully this is the start of something new. my cycle days went from 33-35 bleeding for 7-10 days, now to 26-28 days bleeding for 3-5 days. and my LP has been put at 14days now.

After six years of trying to conceive, I will be having my Baby sometime around Christmas. Over the years my Husband and I have tried several different things and after meeting about In-vitro and feeling crushed that we just couldn't bring ourselves to go in that direction we turned to you. My husband had taken fertile aid for men as we knew of his low sperm count and motility and mobility issues before. When we were seeking fertility treatments it did show that his counts were going up. I still was not getting pregnant. In January I finally did conceive only to have a miscarriage. So starting in Mid February I myself started taking fertile aid for Woman and Fertile CM, I was also drinking about three cups of fertile tea a day. Now the fertility specialist was unable to find any issues with my fertility, but we were in a desperate situation. So Hubby is in the Military and was away for four months, we planed on trying again when he returned as we both would have been taking the Vitamins for over three months. I visited him for a long weekend in April and 30 wks later here we are awaiting on our bundle of joy. I believe with all my heart that God helped us to decide the natural way was a better way for us. Anyone who doesn't want to play God should really give these vitamins a go. After six years of trying this is a miracle and a dream come true.

After suffering two miscarriages in less than a year, I wasn't sure I wanted to try again. Unfortunately after a few months of trying I found out I stopped ovulating. The doctor gave me a couple of months of clomid to try to see if I would ovulate and conceive after numerous tests to rule out other issues. Almost a year of trying with no luck, I read an add for FertilAid. I said I was done trying but I would buy a few months worth to see if maybe it would regulate my cycle. I am not sure it was the FertilAid alone, but about one week after I and my husband started taking the vitamins I got pregnant. We've been trying for 4 years or so without result and no apparent reason. I was just about to start on Clomid but I decided to give FertilAid a try before going on hormonal treatment (we were in vacation too, so maybe that helped a bit as well). We have been trying for over 7 yrs to conceive. We even tried a fertility dr only to be told that I had PCOS. We gave up after 3 rounds of 150mg of Clomid didn't work. On Father's Day, this year, I ordered our first bottles of Fertilaid for Women, Men and the CM pills (along with the tea and microscope). Within 10 days, my cycle started and immediately, after starting the pills, I felt great! I bought our 2nd month, and then waited for my cycle to begin. We tried for a baby on the days my scope showed the ferning. That's another thing, I had NEVER got any positives with OPKs prior to taking your pills. If you ever wonder about if this works? It truly works. We have been trying for almost 2 years now. We've tried clomid with no luck. And I was just not ready to move onto the next procedure. So I was willing to give this supplement a try because I heard that when your body is lacking the right amount of hormones it is better to have the right essential vitamin. My Dr. told me the reason I was not getting pregnant was because of lack of Estrogen and Progesterone. Which meant I was not making the right egg for myself to get pregnant. I have tried to get pregnant on and off for 10 years without success. I went on the pill for 2 years in order to escape the pressure of infertility but after one year off the pill, I could not have a cycle less than 55 days long and most of my cycles were almost 3 months long. My doctor said my only options were to take more hormones and that was not something I could put my body through again. I read reviews of FertilAid and doubted I would experience much of a change, but I gave it a chance because the ingredients were healthy. I hoped that it would help my cycle regulate. Because of a high level of prolactin it was difficult for me to get pregnant. I was prescribed bromocriptine. The side effects were horrible! I got pregnant and sadly lost my baby at 6 months. (incompetent cervix) I decided I wanted something natural this time so I tried FertilAid. The Chasteberry ingredient helped to lower my prolactin.

I have been meaning to write this review for quite awhile now, and I'm finally getting around to it. I need to give you a little background on our trying to conceive, etc., before I rave about this product. I have very irregular cycles and very long cycles. My husband was tested, and his sperm did not meet the minimum requirements the testing would consider okay for his the sperm "swimming speed" and morphology. We were told that we "could" conceive, but the chances would be slim with both of us having issues with fertility. Our next step was going to be fertility drugs, etc. Since neither one of us wanted to use the fertility drugs if we didn't have to, we both thought we would give FertilAid for Men and Women a try. I had seen an ad for FertilAid in a magazine at my doctor's office. If the FertilAid didn't seem to help after a year, then we would try the fertility drugs. Up to the point of deciding to try FertilAid, we had been trying to conceive for three years with no luck. With each passing month and no pregnancy, it was getting very stressful and emotional. We ordered FertilAid for Men & Women. We both started to take the FertilAid. Within three months of taking FertilAid, we were PREGNANT!!!! We couldn't believe it. Sadly, though, at 12 weeks, we lost our baby. We were told that we could try again after three months. After the three-month waiting time, we took FertilAid again. After taking the FertilAid again for three more months and trying to conceive, we were PREGNANT! We were so very excited and scared at the same time. This time, all went well with the pregnancy; and we are the very, very proud parents of a wonderful little boy. Our son is now a year old. Like I said, I wanted to write this review for a while; and I'm finally getting to it. We plan on trying to have another baby, and we will definitely be using FertilAid again. I was just as skeptical, and also hopeful, as anyone reading this right now. After 10 years of treating PCOS, and not one ovulation with Clomid, injections, IUIs, we really had given up. We have 2 beautiful adopted children who are the light of the universe and who made me a "Mommy". I had visited your website several times, but didn't want to feel the same disappointment I have after 100's of negative preg. tests. I ordered the 2 months combo pack for men and women. My husband and I took all of the product for 2 months. (Yes, it was a pain to take 3 times a day, and sometimes we forgot) I really couldn't notice any difference, though I did feel more 'at ease' while on the supplements. I wanted to take a moment to tell you that after nearly 2 years of agonizing infertility, I just got my BFP! During the past 2 years, I've had 3 miscarriages followed by 9 long months of failing to get pregnant at all. We were doing everything right, but it just wasn't working. I did IUIs, injectables, Clomid, you name it. I discovered that my issue was related to delayed ovulation and ovulation dysfunction in general. Plus, my husband's morphology was below normal. After thousands and thousands of dollars, I came across the FertilAid site and decided to get the combo pack for me and my husband, along with FertileCM. I read the success stories, but remained a complete skeptic. The first month, I noticed EWCM. This is something that I NEVER had in my life. I almost didn't know what it was. Then I realized it was CD15! Before, my ovulation didn't occur until well after CD24. When I got a positive OPK on CD16, I knew that my body was responding favorably. I didn't get pregnant that month, but it was a start in the right direction. The very next month, I got EWCM on CD15 again. Why is this significant? Well, because I never ever had a consistent cycle. I found this product while researching fertility treatments for my sister, who had three previous pregnancy's that all ended in miscarriage two years prior. I started recommending this product to EVERYONE I knew who was ttc, and both of my friends who used it conceived, one of them twice after an early miscarriage! I started using FertilAid for women, along with the FertileCM, in November of 2008, along with my fiancée using the male FertilAid. To anyone in doubt about ordering... I am a real person living in PA, and these pills really worked for not only us, but also three other people I know who used them. My other sister is using them now also and I have nothing but high expectations she will be calling me within three months to tell me she is pregnant!

After 6 years of marriage we decided to start a family 4 yrs ago. First 2 years we tried naturally with no luck. By 2007 with we were a little frustrated so we went to a Fertility Specialist. We went through 3 inseminations, 6 cycles of clomid and femara with no luck so we decided to take a break. Searching the Internet I found this site and decided to give a try since it was a natural product. My husband and I started using the Value Pack of FertilAid on October 08. I was late in December 08, so I took a pregnancy test and it was POSITIVE!! I couldn't believe what my eyes were seen so I took 2 more test and they were all BFP!!!
